Its finished in navy blue with blue cloth interior. The exterior is in good condition. The paint is bright but checked and scratched. Very common with GM cars back then. It looks to be all original. The right door has a light dent. The left door jam has a rust/rot mark. Hardly noticeable There are a few marks as shown. With a new coat of paint this car would be beautiul again. The interior is in great condition. The seats are very comfortable. The rear seat looks like it hardly been used. The passenger seat shows hardly anywear. The drivers seat shows very minor wear. The door panels are perfect. The dash looks great. It comes with the floor mats, owners manual, and window sticker. It was owned by a nonsmoker. This is a base Regal with A/C and digital dash. This Buick is equipped with the peppy 3.1 litre V6. The tire are showing 40% tread. Everything works. The right side exterior door handle is broken. It still opens fine from the inside.
