The car has always been garage kept and always had the BMW All-Weather Floormats used instead of the carpet mats. The only reason for selling this car is due to buying a new car and we will have no need to keep it. I also was conservative on the values using the overall condition as being fair to good, however I have all maintenance records and have kept the car detailed regularly. I have also attached additional pictures showing all books and manuals along with both key fobs. I have been asked several questions around the condition of the interior. The interior is very nice and the car has been driven by a petite female and the seat bolsters show absolutely no signs of wear. The carpets are very clean and the car still has the hint of the European Leather smell. I would rate the interior a solid 9.5 out of 10. The panorama roof also has the power shade, not manual. We also have a vehicle inspection report performed while the car was serviced at The BMW Store in August 2010 showing all mechanical and electrical systems checked fine.
