You won't find many 2005 SL65's on the market as they have become scarce with enthusiast owners holding on to them and also there was a relatively low production run as well. As you have seen from up above, this car had an Original MSRP of $190,470.00 and the base price starts at $179,000.00 so rest assured, this is far from a standard car. The icing on the cake is the ultra lavish color scheme that is both stunning and rare at the same time! The exterior condition of this powerhouse AMG roadster is stunning to say the least. If you notice, the car was updated in a subtle modern way with the center spokes of the AMG wheels paint matched to the exterior of the car and the AMG brake calipers were upgraded to red. As most of you know, putting aftermarket wheels on such well balanced cars as this can be a challenge. Nothing rides as good as factory wheels so by upgrading the color, it really sets the car off. Another subtle change are the front fender gill slits being paint matched to the car as well. You'll notice a lot of people chrome them, but on this car it looks as if it were factory and meant to be that way. Speaking of paint, this car has been glamorously finished off in a Black Opal color. Far from true black, this metallic blend is extravagant as the name Opal applies. At night time the car could potentially pass as black but as you see in the pictures, the sun radiates the paint in a gorgeous fashion. Condition is as first class as the name implies.
