this is one of the last years that a mercedes-benz looked like a mercedes-benz, and not a chrysler, ford or toyota! i bought this car for its historic value, but just can't afford to keep it THE PRICE IS VERY NEGOTIABLE, WITHIN REASON; MAKE ME AN OFFER I CAN'T REFUSE it needed the right camshaft and rocker arms replaced, which has been done as i said in the title, it runs strong, now; i had this puppy up to 105 MPH, but i'm chicken the color is listed as forest silver, but i would call it champagne the interior is tan with dark brown leather seats the good · the sunroof works fully and as it should · the electric telescoping steering wheel also functions as it should · those cute, little headlamp windshield wipers are there, [see pictures] but i can’t figure out how to turn them on · the body is straight and true [see pictures] · the tyres still have good tread on them [see pictures] · rear defrost works very well · it's got a really nice after-market pioneer radio w/ removeable faceplate [see pictures] · the dual front seat adjustments are all working · electric remote mirror on right works · it's very clean inside and out [see pictures] rust is negligible · the extra parts left over after the camshaft/rockers repair [see pictures] come with; if you need more valve head parts, you’ve got ‘em in the trunk! · I printed off an 8½ x 11 copy of the operator’s manual; this comes with the car [see pictures {the 6 oz. can of V8 is for size reference only, and does not come with}] · it's got a half a tank of gas! that's a definite plus! J the bad · the right-front window won't close the last ¼” unless someone's helping · sometimes the left-front window goes up and the motor won't stop; when it happens, i smack the switch in the console, and it stops · there’s a full-size rim in the spare tyre well in the boot [see pictures] but no tyre · it may have a leak somewhere in the exhaust; it’s not loud, but noticeable · i'm not sure the antenna is attached; pulling in stations is sporadic; forget AM · i can't figure out cruise; not sure it works · heater only blows up on front window; i can't get it to direct to the floor · I’m not sure if the a/c works · windshield washer reservoir is in the trunk; i can't figure out where it goes · the left side of the hood doesn't latch, but it stays down anyway, even at high speeds the ugly · there's a split in the middle front of the driver's seat [see pictures] · my cousin found a crack in the windshield that I didn’t even know was there; it’s so small that it’s blocked from my vision by the inside, rear-view mirror · there is a scrape in the front part of the right-rear door [see pictures] that you can't even see in the pictures, except for the close-up shot of it local pick-up is the only option i am offering; the vehicle is in the 44070 zip code if you wish, you may arrange your own ground transport; and i will make arrangements to meet your shippers that’s about it. write with any questions and i'll do my best to answer them; i work 2nd shift, so i sleep all day and probably won't get to your questions until the evening, but i'll get to them if the car doesn't sell in a couple of weeks, i'll probably part it out, which would be a pity thanks for looking at my listing paypal is ONLY for the down payment; balance due upon pick-up personal cheques will NOT be accepted so please don't waste our time by asking other than that, please feel free to ask any questions before bidding; there are no returns on this item
