1930 Packard Parts Car. No Title. Car is estimated to be 30-40 percent present/complete. Heavily rusted. Several body panels, that are present, are rusted through. No Interior. Floor rotted/rusted through. Several moving parts are "frozen" and do not move. Front end is disassembled and frame is on blocks (not a rolling frame). Rear tires still on vehicle. Several boxes of disassembled parts for the front end. "Car" and parts are currently in Storage Barn. Only accessible for transport by buyer beginning in May 2012. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with pick-up/removal of the vehicle from the storage barn and all shipping costs. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available. Winning bidder must contact seller within 24 hours of close of listing. Winning bidder will submit a $1000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of close of the listing. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance within 3 days of the close of the listing. All financial transactions must be complete before the release of the vehicle. Succesful bidder must sign a sales contract prior to the release of the vehicle. Payment method is cash (in person) or certified check. Winning bidder is responsible for all taxes and or fees for the registration of the vehicle in their own state.
