Up for your consideration is a 1976 Classic Chevrolet Custom Deluxe C-10 4x4 Pickup Truck. The truck is all time 4 wheel drive as it still has the original rims that came with the truck when it was ordered. It has 4H - 4H Lock - 4L - 4L Lock. We are the 2nd owners of this truck. We purchased it from an older gentleman that ordered it to his specs in 1976. The mileage is actual...107,000. It has a black leather bench seat that is original but he had it recovered. We took out the original tan/brown carpeting because it made the truck smell musty and old and replaced it with black carpeting. It has a skull seat cover on it now and a skull rear view mirror. We also have the original rear view mirror. The truck has a Chevy 350 4brl engine that is original and runs very smoothly. Automatic transmission that shifts smoothly and has a tranny cooler on it. Dual exhaust. There is a reserve placed on this truck. However, it is much lower than the "Low Retail Value" on NADA, which is $4,825.00. We can't just give her away. She's a beautiful truck. First I'd like to say that my husband and I have owned this truck for nearly 3 years and it has never let us down at all. We have taken it on a 500 mile round trip to camp with not a one problem. We have only put approximately 12,000 miles on it since we've owned it. We own 2 vehicles and they are both gas hogs. We are selling to purchase a gas saver. It's a hard vehicle to let go of due to the fact that it is so dependable and of course because of what it is, but because gas is so expensive and we don't drive it much, we'd like to give somebody else the opportunity to love it like we do. I'm going to list anything and everything I can possibly think of to answer everybody's questions at once. Everything works on the vehicle= Windshield wipers...both work and have the original and snow wipers Lights, high and low beams work Original AM/FM radio works Dash speakers works...there are no others Power steering works Heater, defrost works Windows...all roll up and down Corner windows...open and close all the way Windows...windshield, back window and side windows have no cracks or breaks Cab corners are completely solid Doors...all solid and open and close easily Truck bed is solid...has some scratches on the inside Rubber liner in floor of bed Locks...both work 4 wheel drive...all areas work Light lenses...all are good Air conditioning is there...needs charged Tires...all are good Front brakes...good There is rust behind the passenger back tire that is mostly underneath, but nothing serious. There is surface rust on the the tailgate where some paint came off. The back brakes will need replaced due to one of them being cracked. There is a small dent on the top of the bed side rail about the size of a 50 cent piece. Other than that there are no dents at all. The gas gage is off...it only goes up to a quarter tank when it's filled. When it's on or below "E" we would put gas in it. There are some cracks in the upper part of the dash, but not the worst I've seen. I will be posting more pictures of the inside and outside of the truck tomorrow.
