For sale 1979 Pontiac Firebird T top project car. This would be a quick and easy project for someone to have a nice trans am at a fraction of the cost. The car had an older restoration done and was made to look like a trans am instead of the base firebird, The original black interior is almost perfect; the seats are a little warn but no rips or tears, nice Sony stereo system, the dash is really nice with only one crack, the door panels are in great shape as well as all other plastic panels. the only problems are the headliner is starting to sag a little, the rear package tray is sun faded and there are some rips in the carpet mainly under the drivers floor mat. The body is in great shape with minimal rust and very few dents. The red paint shows well from 15 feet but there are some scratches and they did not paint the jambs. There is some rust mainly in the drivers side rear quarter and the passengers side rocker panel (seen in the pictures) other than that its really not bad. The car dose have factory power disk brakes, power steering, and air conditioning. The car also has an electric fuel pump and dual exhaust with cats and trans am tips. The T tops are in great shape and don't leak and come with original leather bag. The car comes with a builder 1974 pontiac 400 with 6x heads (Completely torn down but complete carb to pan) also have all accessories power steering pump alternator, starter(every thing needed to be running again). Also have trans am shaker hood scoop(red). Car has almost brand new Michelin tires on 15 inch Pontiac rally wheels.
