Here I have a meticulously well taken care of 1986 Saab 900 S. It is a two owner car and has a clean Texas title. BARELY hit 115K miles!!! Go ahead and file a Carfax report and you'll see this car was in good hands for the past 25 years. It has the 16 valve 2.0 4 cylinder mated to an automatic transmission that is operating terrifically and running perfectly smoothly. The engine bay itself is one of the cleanest I've come across in quite awhile, The A/C is r12 still so it will need to be converted unless you can find someone to recharge it for you. (In case you don't know about these cars, one cool fact is that the engine is installed "backwards" in comparison to the conventional car, look for the drive belts :) ) The interior is also in great shape with not a single tear in the upholstery or stains in the carpet. Even has the original floor mats. The car is equipped with manual seats, and power locks and windows all working in perfect order. The seats in the car are a neat violet color, which at first I thought was due to discoloration but they're supposed to be this color! Manual sliding sunroof works as well, with no leaks whatsoever. The car has the factory radio with Cassette player AND a 6 Band equalizer still intact, sounding great as ever. The only discrepancy is the cracked dashboard which honestly is not uneasy on the eyes since most of it can't be seen during regular driving. original leather-bound owners manual is also included with lots of informative goodies in it. All the glass is in free of scratches and has a warm brown tint to it, surely a factory appearance. Windshield wipers operate and all lights function as well. I just had the car inspected in Tuesday the 24th of October. Tires have plenty of tread on them and the gorgeous wheels are in excellent shape aside from one that has a slight bend on the lip (does not cause road noise or vibration). Now for the rest of the exterior, I'm in astonishment at the condition of the factory silver paint, it looks phenomenal with only a coupe of scratches on the drivers door near the handle (which appear to be able to buffed and compounded). This paint shimmers. It has One small bump on the driver's side passenger door that I guarantee can be repaired with PDR. Barely noticeable. Other than that you have a beautifully satisfying Saab that is sure to turn heads, A day doesn't go by in which I don't receive a compliment on this gorgeous automobile.
