Vehicle Detail
You are looking at a gorgeous 1998 2-owner GMC High Top SantaFe Executive Conversion Van. This van is ready to drive anywhere. The miles are the actual low miles of this van. I bought this on eBay in early August, so I only had the pleasure of driving it a few thousand miles. I now need to sell it to buy my son a car. My loss is your gain.Just professionally detailed for new owner.New tires put on after I bought it, in the last 2,000 miles. Mechanically sound and inspected before and after purchase.Driven without ANY problems after I received it in August. Exterior is in fantastic condition. 9 out of 10 in my opinion.Interior is also in good condition. 7 out of 10 in my opinion. For it's age & price, to find one this nice is difficult. Expect normal wear for a van 13 years old, but you'll probably be impressed when you see this one.Comes with flat screen 19" TV with DVD. Feel free to ask questions.Priced to sell. Thanks! On Nov-11-11 at 23:59:39 PST, seller added the following information: Hello bidders! I've have been asked by several of you to describe any "imperfections" on this van, so I want to list them below to avoid any surprises for the winning bidder. I'm pretty picky, so hopefully I've covered anything that would be important to anyone bidding. As mentioned, the van is going on 14 years old so normal wear and tear can be expected. I've fixed up a few small things since I bought it too, in addition to four new tires. The items that I would want mentioned if I were a buyer are the following: The Delco GM factory stereo works great, but at night when you have the lights on, the 1 and 4 buttons do not light up. They still operate, but they just don't light up. I decided since it was such a minor item, it wasn't worth spending any money on to have fixed. Since vans have such smaller foot compartments in the front seating area, I learned they do not take standard floor mats. The van did not come with mats when I bought it and the selection I found to purchase was limited. So for the front seating area, I took a one-piece rubber pick-up floor mat and cut it in half to make two nice front floor mats. It's hard to notice they didn't come this way orginally. For the rest of the van, I bought some nice rugs to cover and protect the carpet. I will include both the rubber mats and the carpets for the new owner. When I bought the van, it came with blinds on only three windows. Sadly, they were fairly old and didn't look very nice anymore, so I removed them. That being the case, I just want to ensure that all bidders know the van does not include any window blinds. Between the hood of the van and the windshield - under the windshield wipers - is a black plastic cover. While checking a few items under the hood, I accidently leaned on this piece and snapped a portion of it off. Similar to the radio buttons, it was not something that affects operation of the van or is it something that's very noticable, so I decided it wasn't worth the time or money to have fixed. Since the listing was placed, the van has been driven a bit and will probably have between 87,000 and 87,500 miles on it when this auction ends. That's about all I can think of at the moment, but if I think of anything else... I will update the listing ASAP. PLEASE feel free to ask ANY questions and I will answer honestly to ensure you feel comfortable. I will do all I can to treat you the way I would like to be treated as a buyer and make sure you're happy with your purchase. Thanks! On Nov-12-11 at 00:13:35 PST, seller added the following information: I also have a more photos, if you'd like to see them. Just send me a message letting me know your email and I will forward you all the photos I have. Thanks! On Nov-12-11 at 11:09:01 PST, seller added the following information:I should also mention that this van has spent all but the last few months of it's life in Florida. No winters or salt on the roads, but a lot of sun. That being the case, some of the wood trim in the van is sun faded, as you can see in some of the photos. When I saw the photos at the time I purchased the van, I didn't notice that any of the wood was faded, but I want to be sure anyone bidding here does. Thanks!
