You are viewing a very nice solid nearly original 50 Deluxe Styleline 2 dr Chevy. I recently purchased this car from the son of the man who bought this car brand new. The car was restored from frame up 5 yeasrs ago i was told by owner. I have lots of reciepts for the car in trunk as well as shop manuals, owners manual and much more. This car runs and drives absolutlely great! I would not hesitate to drive this car from Florida to anywhere up north today. TURN THE IGNITION KEY AND THIS IS CAR IS RUNNING WITH A PURRRRR IN SECONDS! It just drives and runs that nicely. Shifts effortlessly from gear to gear and does not use oil nor have any blow by whatsoever. I drive it down I-95 at 65 mph with ease and she handles beautifully. All glass is good and has a beautiful new interior within last 5 years. Floors are solid ( See Pics), no rust on this car and sides are very straight. The Styleline Deluxe is the model with all the chrome and stainless and this one has it all and in very nice condition. Engine compartment is very clean as is the trunk. Lots of spare parts in trunk that come with car. Floorboards and frame in great condition (See pics) Paint has very nice shine to it. Previous owner has touched up some areas of the car and it does need to be repainted to be really nice. Tires have almost new tread and are Firestone 850-15" This car is a Beautiful driver quality car but could be a show car with little work. WE HAVE A CLEAR FLORIDA TITLE FOR NEW OWNER THE STYLE LINE DELUXEStyleline Specials were considered six passenger cars. 1950 Chevy Styleline Special 2 door and Chevy 4 door models were the bottom of the line (except for the Business Coupe) along with the 1950 Fleetline Specials. 2 Door Styleline Specials sold for $1403.00 with the 1950 Chevrolet 4 door selling for almost $50.00 more at $1450.00. 1950 Fleetline Specials were priced exactly the same.The stainless side trim and "Deluxe" script found on the 1950 Chevy Styleline Deluxe was noticeably missing on the cheaper Styleline Specials along with the chrome gravel guards. 1950 Chevrolet Styleline Special rear fender gravel guards were made of rubber.Other exterior trim found only on the Deluxe models were stainless windshield and rear window reveal moldings. The moldings outlined the windshield and rear window glass and followed the top curve of the doors and quarter windows on the Chevy sedan and Chevrolet coupe.
