Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a 1969 Mach1 project, H code 351W 2V originally a 3 speed car , being sold without motor or transmission. This car was built in San Jose CA, Door tag info is 63C trim, color T5 Candyapple red, 3AA interior, date D9E, DSO 94 , rear 6 and trans 1. See Marti-- report in picture section. This is a very decent body to restore so bid to own. The car is located in Fredericksburg Va 22408 so please feel free to inspect the car. Exterior- Original red exterior with black interior. The underside is very solid but it needs a driver side floor pan and torque box, the right torque box bottom should be replaced or patched although the right side floor looks good. The floor under the rear seat looks great. The trunk floors look fine and all the frame rails look good. This car will need a battery tray apron and some cowl work but it's in very good overall condition. Both quarters will require patches but can be saved. The fenders are in great condition but the doors will require corner work . The trunk lid will need replacing due to underside rust. The door glasses are missing but other than that it's pretty complete. I bought the car with the original front end off but I bolted the parts back on for storage and shipping purposes. Drivetrain- the drive train is not included and was missing when I bought the car. This does have the manual trans pedals. The car is a roller and has it's 9" rear and drum brakes on the front. Added bonus ----- I will include and set into the engine bay a complete 302 2V / auto trans C4 motor/trans combo if someone hits the buy it now. The 302 is out of a 69 Mustang coupe I stripped for parts. Consider the motor and trans a core which needs to be rebuilt. I don't have any extra 4 speed transmissions and I haven't tried starting the 302. I have this car for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if the reserve hasn't been met. If you have questions feel free to call me 540-538-6302 cell
