Here we have a nice little 65 corvair Monza Convertible, I bought this car around 6 years ago from a gentleman in Charlestown Beach RI . He did an interior job with all new seat covers from Clarks, New carpet, new top, new american racing wheels with Pirelli Drago tires (handles great). I put a new pair of carbs on it from wolfs about 3 years ago. I know I will be asked this so, I will answer it now the paint is 15 years old and yes it does have some rust as ALL corvairs do in the typical spots. This is a really cool driver and I hate to let it go but, I only put 40 miles on it this year since I bought a V8 vair and have some other toys as well. I would love to see it go to a nice home and to someone who can appreciate an older car which is a blast to drive and hey it gets good gas mileage too. I did convert the old points ditributor to a pertronix electronic unit with new wires and plugs. I also replaced the clutch cable with a new one from Larry's corvair.
