- 3 DAY AUCTION AT NO RESERVE - Over 70 Detail Photos This is an original 1971 Volkswagen Westfalia. Factory Disc brakes & an 5 years old restoration. A True California CamperMobile with it's original Blue plates. Sold new in San Francisco & made it's way down to Los Angeles in the 70's. The original color was Pastel White ( only one repaint ). Beautiful floors & undercarriage. Remains all original on the underneath and a fine example of a Southern California Bus. Along side of the pop up tent is clean & solid. The front windshield is clean thru out. All the interior is complete & recites it's factory Camper equipment. The dash compartment is all original but the radio is missing. It does have an older canvas but I have a new one that goes along with the sale. Runs & drives just fine. Shifts into all gears & brakes are in good shape. Would make a great daily driver for someone and is ready to be driven. Overall, it's a good California 71' Volkswagen Westfalia Bus. True California "A02" Westfalia's are harder to come by in solid shape. Keep in mind, this is a older restoration that show's it normal wear but it's complete.
