Very nice 1965 MGB MKI with pull handle doors. The car was titled in 1965 but actually built in 1964. It is very quick & handles perfectly. The car has a recently upgraded 1966 5 Main bearing engine. Recent rebuild excellent compression and pressure and fast The transmission is original 4 speed non-syncro and is excellent. The suspension is tight with rear tube shock conversion for better handling. The listed mileage is irrelevant as the engine has been upgraded & speedometer has been replaced in the past . The car likely has much less than the listed mileage but uncertain on it. This car is an excellent early example of a Mark I . Perfect at 20 feet and a terrific driver New chrome bumpers, badges, threshold plates, mirrors, brakes, master cylinder, boots, gas tank, carbs rebuilt, etc. Too much to list so please call if you need more info, Rag top & tonneau cover are original & the rear plexi-glass has been replaced in top. Both have been professionally restitched and redone Wooden Steering wheel is period correct as are redundant Smith Gauges on dash. (See pictures) The seats are in excellent condition & are from a later model MGB with available headrests. I have the original radio for the car if you wish to install it & it needs a spare tire. Tachometer is inaccurate & needs to be calibrated or replaced in the future. The headlight seals need to be replaced, but I have them for you. I have owned many MGBs over the years & this car is a great example of the MkI. Very low reserve. Good Luck & feel free to ask me any questions.
