1996 Impala SS I have decided to sell my pride and joy, a 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS. This is the second 96 SS that I have owned, of course that was 6 years ago and I’ve always wanted another. BUT there’s something else I want a little more, a HOUSE! I’m letting a few toys go and this is one of them! This car just turned over 89K miles on the odometer. THIS CAR LOOKS CLOSE TO BEING BRAND NEW ON THE INSIDE (rare for these cars). Everything works as it should. I bought it in December 2010 from an insurance auction as it had some damage to the right lower part of the quarter panel. It does hace a rebuilt title on it now. I built the car for myself so I was very particular about a lot of stuff. Only had to replace the lower section of the quarter panel, rear bumper and the RH taillight. I started driving it daily in March of this year. Exterior Paint repair work on the rear quarter panel isn’t a perfect ten but still looks good. Paint on every other panel looks really good. Front bumper shows some fading, might could be buffed out. -Tinted Windows -Tinted rear taillights -Back-up camera hidden in rear trunk emblem Interior -Stock interior. -Panels have been repainted using factory matched gray and black dye. I meticulously detailed the front arm rests, door panels, door sill plastic, dash plastic, etc. THIS CAR LOOKS CLOSE TO BEING BRAND NEW ON THE INSIDE. -Drivers seat shows some wear but not much as you would think for a car this old. -Carpet is in good shape except for small spot on driver left foot area. -Brand new GM floormats -No ENGINE modifications. -All stock under the hood. -Had Flowmaster mufflers installed when I bought it and the resonators removed. Nice sound to it. Not too loud. Other Add-Ons: -Viper Alarm & Remote Start -Hotchkis Front & Rear Sway Bars ($530) -Hotchkis Adjustable Rear Trailing Arms ($589) -Custom Dual 12” Sub Box-Fits in trunk tucked away. (NO SUBS INCLUDED) ($155) -4 Pioneer 6x9’s in front doors and in rear package tray -Tires all have very good tread. Wheels where base coated black and then clear coated. -7” Touch Screen installed in dash and both 12” subs and amp WILL NOT come with car. Any 7” radio will go right back in. I had a metal mount custom made to make it look stock behind the bezel. The car needs nothing but a new owner that will take good care of my baby!
