new wiring, headlights, carpet, distribuitor, tires, temperature and battery gauges new. paint in good condition. engine and transmission in good condition. it start and you can drive BUT it need a tune-up. I already paid for registration ( $96.00 ) but you will need to take the car to nay CHP for inspection if you run it on the street. you dont have to pay for anything at CHP and the buggy is ready with all lights, and seat belt.
