1998 Mazda Protege 1.5l auto. runs and drives good, dark blue with tan interior. engine has lots of life left in it, starts easy and is fairly good on gas. Its a nice four door sedan for the money, and perfect for commuting, but it does have some smalls problems. The passenger axle clicks when you accelerate. i was told it needed a cv joint or axle, (pepboys has them for $120) the ignition switch burnt out so i put a cheap push button start on it. (mazda wanted $100 for the ignition switch and will plug right in) The drivers side window does not like to work so i do not use it. it may be off the track The interior is ok but needs cleaning car has been parked for about 4 months and will need a battery, ( it starts and drives now but the battery dies after a day or so)
