For sale is a Porsche 914 which has been converted to a slant nose front end (note the front marker lights have been shaved). The motor is equipt with the 1.8L heads and fuel injection. The motor starts up and runs pretty smooth. These cars are mid-engine and have a removable targa top. The milage is listed at 100k, but the odometer doesn't work, so the milage isn't actual. The car is titled as rebuilt. ---------Update Below------------------------------- Member Question: Ok so is this car driveable , what is wrong or what needs to be fixed? Answer: The car is definetly drivable, we were out doing some joy rides this last week end. The car needs a good amount of fixing up. Engine leaks oil around one of the pushrod tubes, the cowling is damaged (posted) from the hood opening at low road speed. The car needs front marker and turn lights. No door mirrors, drivers side door latch is busted, battery tray is rusted out. The seals/interior are dry rotted. The body work quality could be better, not rusted, but some previous owner partially disassembled the car and never really fully assembled it before selling.
