We are auctioning a custom build of a Trans Am with your choice of a Pontiac 400 or Oldsmobile 403, 350 turbo automatic transmission and t-tops. Fully restored to like new condition, at NO RESERVE. We are an assembly line so the process can’t be altered whether you pay 15k or 25k. Our workers have lists to do on every chassis coming down the pike. They have no idea what you paid. We may do over 100 units per year, but we have a great quality control person to make sure the small details are kept in check. It links eBay's sister company for insurance to protect the customer. Our feedback does have one negative from thirty days ago. This auction winner was offered the same payment options and plane ticket to visit our location. After some discussion, the prospective buyer could not be made happy with payment arrangements. In fact we were forced to refuse his build and let him simply back out of the deal. Getting a retraction there has proven difficult, as we cannot control our competitions free speech. However, we have now recieved retractions and appologies on the two sites. But, this did leave our 78 & 79 auctions at their lowest bids in years, for those that follow us montly. Two winners are going to steal their 30K builds because of the misfortune, uncontrollable by our company. They both are 9K below our website prices as of now. This should be an interesting end with the flood of emails and calls yesterday.
