The auction is for an Arizona rust-free 41 Chevy pickup. Mostly original except for a 1959 235 C.I. straight six and power steering. This is a metal bearing engine which is better than the Babbit bearing engine it originally came with. I found this truck in a carport in Phoenix where it had been sitting for the last 11 years. I rebuilt the carb, put new fuel lines and fuel pump on it. It has new spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap. After sitting all that time, it started up on the first crank and runs great, no smoke. I took compression readings and the low cylinder is 125 PSI and high cylinder is 140 PSI. I rebuilt the master cylinder and installed all new brake hoses and the brakes work great. The truck fires up right away and the truck runs and drives very well. All of the gauges work except the speedometer. Headlights, taillights and brake lights work. It has a new PPG basecoat/clearcoat paint job on a pretty straight body. The tailgate is wavy however. I'll include the some paint for future use if needed. The bed floor is diamond plate steel. There are several new parts replaced on the truck. Here's the stuff it needs: The driver's side windshield and rear window are cracked. The heater is missing. The driver's side windshield wiper assembly is there, it's vacuum and I haven't checked it out. It doesn't have a passenger side wiper. The windshield crank mechanism is not attached to the frame. I can't think of anything else, but I'll answer any questions you may have.
