I bought this car on ebay back in 2003. At the time the previous owner described the car as having over $15,000 of work done on it in the three years prior to his selling the car incl body work, all new interior upholstery, rebuilt 350 engine, reconditioned transmission and steering box, new radiator, both doors were replaced, rear lower quarter panels, trunk floor, paint.......He sent me the paperwork and I'll forward it with the car. There are also alot of original parts (trim and engine parts) that are still wrapped as sent to me with the car. They will also be included including the original 8 track player!!!!! Since I've owned the car I've added a new convertible motor, cd player, speakers, tires. I JUST had the brake master cylinder replaced and new oil change. I've used the car as a summer Sunday car since then only adding about 3,000 miles and never driven in winter streets of Chicago (was previously owned in Florida). There are some things that don't work. The air conditioning does not work. Might need freon only but I don't know. The electric seat adjustment doesn't work so right now the seat stays in one position. It works for me at 5' 8" but you'll probably want to get this addressed. The rear passenger side window is off the track. The other three windows work fine. I can get the other one up manually but it may not stay up all the way. One interior panel of the convertible top has become separated (the stitching) on the passenger rear. Photo shows. There's a slight tear in the upholstery back seat driver side an inch or two. The rear speaker wire comes from behind the seats. You can place the speakers on the rear seat or on the flooor in the back. Or for parties place on top of the car. Or need room for people in the back, take the speakers out and put em in the trunk and just use front speakers. left turn signal not working.There's also a small piece of the steering column that's chipped away.Paint job still good though there are some spots or flaws.The catalytic converter is starting to go. I checked catalyticconverterwarehouse.com and they sell for $100. Comes with original owners manual. Motor starts first time every time. No issues with the top going up and down. Full spare and jack included. Also car cover. Power locks don't work. Cruise control does not work. Contact with questions, I will do my best to answer.
