Vehicle Detail

Relisting due to a non-paying auction winner. This car is KBB'ed at $4,500 good - $5,000 excellent so this is a screaming deal. ---------------------------------------------------- I have a '90 (s5) Mazda Rx-7. It is in excellent condition, especially for its age. The car has 99,000 original miles on it. The car has been daily driven 120 miles every weekday for over a year with zero issues. It has new tires on the rear and low mileage tires on the front. Brakes were replaced about 25,000 (highway) miles ago. The Rx7 is 100% stock - this is NOT a kids project car, play toy, or hot rod. It has original paint, zero rips in the leather interior, drive train is all original (all fluids have been changed along the way). Pretty much everything works mechanically. The car is clean enough to eat off of on the bottom. The car is the definition of a rust free southern car. It has never been smoked in. This is a factory naturally aspirated 160 horsepower 1.3L rotary engine, fuel injected, automatic with overdrive. It is not a powerhouse, but is a very comfortable and peppy cruiser with a drop top. Power steering, power brakes, Cold A/C(!), CD/cassette, leather, cruise control, power convertible top, mint condition alloy BBS convertible wheels. This is a collectible and fairly rare car, especially in this type of condition and fully optioned. I replaced the power window motors for the driver and passenger side. Other than that, the car has needed nothing but basic maintenance since I've owned it. Some small quirks remaining: The wiper motor's delay function does not work. The CD player occasionally decides it doesn't want to play. The cassette and radio work just fine. Normally this isn't a problem - but wanted to give full disclosure. The BAC valve is a bit sticky, so the idle comes down pretty far when the a/c is running full blast. It doesn't stall out or run poorly, but it idles low (500 rpm or so). Just wanted to mention it.The exhaust "creaks" going over bumps at low speed. This was common to all three of the rx7's I've owned. There's a small scratch on the drivers door I show in the pictures. There's a small bump on the hood (about the size of a quarter)Other than that, the car is pristine. It is truly amazing how well preserved the car is. I don't want to get rid of this gorgeous car but I've got a baby on the way and a two seat roadster isn't going to cut it. My wife says its got to go! The car is for sale locally in Newberry, South Carolina. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early. The car can be driven ANYWHERE. I've taken it on 1,000+ mile road trips several times.Deposit of US $500.00 within 48 hours of auction close. Immediate deposit required for Buy It Now. Full payment required within 7 days of auction close. Cash in person or money order/cashiers check in the mail. I'll try my best to assist with shipping.
