1957 CHEV 2DR HT HAVE ORIGINAL 1957 283 ENGINE AND AUTO TRANS.. NEEDS COMPLETE REBUILD. I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THE BODY WAS VERY SOLID AND ALL OF THE STAINLESS WAS VERY NICE, BECAUSE I INTENDED ON RESTORING IT. THE FLOOR PANS AND FLOOR BRACES LOOK VERY GOOD. BOTH ROCKERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AT SOME POINT, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE METAL LOOKS ORIGINAL. TRUNK PAN AND LIP IN FRONT OF BUMPER IS NICE AND SOLID AND ORIGINAL TRUNK LID IS NICE AS WELL. DOORS ARE ABOVE AVERAGE. HAVE BEEN BLASTED AND PRIMED. HOOD IS GOOD. I ROBBED THE 2 FRONT FENDERS OFF THIS CAR TO PUT ON MY CONVT, AND STUCK MY OLD ONES BACK ON THIS CAR WHICH ARE NOT SO GOOD, BOTTOM RUSTY. I HAVE THE TRIM AND BUMPERS THAT CAME OFF THIS CAR. STAINLESS TRIM IS VERY GOOD NOT ALL BEAT UP LIKE MOST OF THEM. CLEAR TN TITLE Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time.
