This auction is for a 2003 tiag on black smg M3 with 19's almost new Pilot sports , PDC , Xenon's, no sun roof and ready to go . Its a 2 owner with all maintenance records and 1 accident . The good.. I have for sale a 2003 tiag with blk interior smg E46 M3 with 99K miles PDC HK 19'S led tails . The car was woman owned since summer of 08 and has not been abused, raced, or modded in any way other then a couple of visual details (Dinan sticker is a inside joke) . This M3 had inspection 1 done at 26k and just had inspection 2 done 9k miles ago along with hoses , coils , clutch fan and the car runs perfect . I have the BMW records that show the cats replaced at 61k , Insp 1 at 26K and rod bearing at 28k in 05. I just had a new battery installed the oil, coolant , brake fluid and smg fluid changed also so the car needs nothing . This M3 also has brand new depo with AE headlights along with the ORIGINAL hood resprayed (rock chips) with the cars exterior being in VERY good condition . I also have a set of 19 in oem rims that have no curb rash and 90% thread left on Michelin Pilot sports , Comp Package silver cube interior trim, aluminum smg paddles , and eagle eye led tails , color coded rondels, the car is wired for a aftermarket system and the wires are all there but system was taken out . I took the pics forgetting to put the new foglights in but they are included . I also have a stock brake boot that is being installed as the suede one I had was in poor condition due to coffee spill . The car was inspected by BMW and the rear subframe shows no stress signs or damage with the SMG system working at 100% . This car came from BMW with no sun roof and is pretty rare from what I know . The advantage is 40lbs off the top where you want to save it and more head room . The car started as a Florida car and when purchased spent every winter in a garage so it never seen snow . This car comes from a family of BMW enthusiasts that have owned and still own a number of M cars since the late 80's . You can actually see my boyfriends 06 competition in one of the pics . There is no rust no dings no tears on leather non smoker well taken care of car with no stories . The body and interior is in great shape for a car of this age and miles and can easily be mistaken for a 05/06 with 1/2 the miles . the bad.. The car has a clean carfax with only 1 accident happened when I hit a axle in the road and my right side front and rear rim/tire popped and bent . The car was towed do to the flats and I wanted to make sure there was no other damage done .The M3 had black csl reps on it and I will include the left side pair if you want them . I had the oem 19's and threw them on with new pilot sports . While the car was getting the wheels installed the only other thing I had to replace was a brake duct . I also replaced the headliner as there was a rip in it . The interior is a 6/7 out of 10 with almost no wear on the bolsters as you would usually see in a car with these miles/age no rips or anything just not perfect . I am a nut when it comes to having a clean car and am going by my judgement . The brake pads and rotors are in good shape with pads needing to be changed in a couple of thousand miles depending on how you drive . Car does not have cold weather package . NOT INTERESTED IN ANY TRADES has some scratches that I show in the pictures . The rear c pillars and front A pillars on the interior is coming undone but this is a common issue in the E46 . The scratches are on the bottom rear bumper, right side rocker panel , front bumper , and crack on door molding . They are not to noticeable but I just want to be honest about them . The buy it now is $1.5k more then wholesale $3.5K cheaper then private party value . It's the cheapest I have seen compared to cars with almost the same amount of miles and year on ebay or anywhere for that matter . I have a copy of the carfax and the BMW maintanance record . local pick up in CT/NY/NJ area but can ship price is depending where you are located but please have all this situated before bidding . The title is clean/clear has never been branded rebuilt or salvage you just have to register it and pay the fee's that you would when you register a new car . The Lien has been paid and the title is stamped by DMV that the lien has been released and the title is free of any lien's . I also have the original service record from BMW that states all information and work done
