It was 100% rust free,and had been stored in a climate control garage and was started a few times a year. It had a frame off restoration 5 years ago. Everything was went through. Motor rebuilt, new clutch. Front end was completly rebuilt. No play in steering wheel. Car comes with brand new wirring harness,which i thought i would need,but didnt. The one in car is in great shape. All elecrical works. Headlights,taillights,breaklights,speedometor,oil gauge,gas gauge,temp. gauge,amp gauge all work. Dash lights work.The running boards are very solid and in very good condition. All fenders are rust free and dent free.Hood,trunk and doors all open and close like new. All body lines are nice on the car. Bumppers have been rechromed. I have bumpper guards. New firestone tires. Original hub caps and beauty rings in beautiful condition. The dash and steering wheel are nice in car. All windows are original and very clear with no cracks. All stainless on car is in near perfect condition. The grille chrome i do have just havnt put it on. I also have windshiel wippers. The car starts very well and is super quiet. It shifts smooth. There is no problem in getting in and driving it. Brakes are brand new. I can drive this car anywhere.The paint on car is very nice but does have some scratches. The interior has had some work done,but still needs carpet. The floor and trunk pans are original and like new. All body mounts have never been rusted and in great condition. It still has the original spare tire behind the seat and the wooden door which opens behind the passenger seat. The wood is original behind the seat. The trunk floor is in great condition and has never had any rust. This is a very nice plymouth coupe. You wont find many with original metal that has never had any rust.
