But that's not correct. The car was issued a salvage title because it was stolen from it's original owner and the insurance company that paid the claim made a administrative decision to take out a salvage title even though the whereabouts and condition of the vehicle were unknown. The car was later recovered undamaged, inspected by DMV, and issued a corrected clear title which is in our possession and photographed for your viewing pleasure. We guarantee that your title will not be branded otherwise we will take the car back and give you a full refund. Manufacturer's generally void the warranty whenever a salvage title is issued as standard operating procedure but in a situation like this, you could most likely get the warranty re-instated if you are persistent enough. Other import-brand models may impress the neighbors more, but this Acura's blend of attractive styling, refinement, high-tech features and fun driving dynamics at a low price is tough to beat. Don't miss out on your chance to own this beautiful TSX and save yourself a bundle of cash at the same time. This car runs great, looks great, works great, blows cold A/C and is in need of a new home. We are a small wholesaling outfit in Georgia and normally we would sell this vehicle to the local Acura dealer who would then certify it, add an extended warranty and sell it to you for 22,000 or more. But not today! This vehicle had a salvage title issued due to theft however it was later recovered with no damage and fully intact. It was inspected by the DMV and a corrected clean title was issued, which we have in our possession. The manufacturer generally voids the warranty whenever a salvage title is issued however there are only a few months remaining on this 4 year/50,000 mile warranty so investing some of your savings in a quality extended warranty would be a wise choice.
