1966 Ford Falcon 2 Door CoupeNO RESERVE!!!This car will sell to the highest bidder!!! This is the perfect sleeper car. It is ready to drive and needs very little. A good paint job, new seat covers (front & rear) & a little TLC is all it needs. New brakes, to include master cylinder. Five bolt lugs both front and rear. Drive shaft balanced. New air shocks. New clutch, pressure plate & throw out bearing.All glass good. All 4 windows roll up and down fine. Heater and defrost work fine without any leaks. Wipers work,all lights work, seat will adjust very easy. There is a little rust in drivers floor pan due to a small leak from windshield. The trunk has some surface rust on right side due to trunk seal having a small tear in it. New 4V Edelbrock Performer Series Carburetor 600 cfm. Manual chock cable. Starts right up and runs straight and true down the road. Front end has been gone thru and aligned, very little play in steering box. Back-up lights have the original switch and work fine (see Photos). 3-Speed is on the steering wheel (i.e., 3 on the tree) and it has some play. The Parking break works. 1966 was the first year that had 4-way flashers. They work and have the small light under the dash that is missing in most cars. It has the original glove box liner with the 4-way flasher switch and hardware (never messed with). The Vents work and don't leak any water. This was a little old ladies car that was not driven that much. Therefore it has done very well for its age. This car will sell to the highest bidder!!! NO RESERVE!!! On Oct-16-11 at 15:57:15 PDT, seller added the following information: This car has new brakes, new shoes, new wheel cylinders, new self adjuster kits, new hardware kits, new master cylinder. All four drums turned and checked. The engine is a 1969 351 Winsor, it has 1969 4V heads, it has a Ford cast iron 1969 intake. With a mild cam, new distributor, new wires, new rotor button, new distributor cap, new plugs(8), new oil pan, new dual exhaust system that dumps just behind the rear tires. Two new mufflers that are free flowing type but not loud to keep in the sleeper line. New Gabreial Hijackers air shocks on rear. New diaphragm 11 inch clutch, new throw-out bearing, new pressure plate, Flt wheel turned and checked for cracks, This car has the orignal jack, jack pad, jack handle / hub cap remover / lug wrench, and all the hold down hardware that fits under tire. The spare tire and wheel are period correct as are the four that are on the ground. The trunk mat is new. The tires are in good shape. The horns work. All dash lights work. Blinkers work although at times it will not return after you make the turn. Parking brake works. New door and ignition locks with matching keys. New battery and cables. New radiator overflow tank and hoses. New heater hoses. new upper and lower radiator hoses. New thermostat 180 degrees. Most all gaskets on the engine are new when the engine was refreshed, painted and installed in the Falcon. Gas gauge works. Temp gauge works. speed-o-meter works but is 5 MPH low. The car has no radio install but I have installed correct 66 Falcon radio delete plate. The original AM radio will be shipped with the car as will the Owner’s manual. I have no idea if the radio works as it was not used when I bought the car, although the light (inside the radio) would come on at night. There is a working factory correct antenna is installed.
