Read Full Description Before Bidding! Understand the terms of the auction!! Thank you! Here is a link to 69 pictures of this vehicle: https://skydrive.live.com/redir.aspx?cid=1db9f8288a7e9a0d&page=play&resid=1DB9F8288A7E9A0D!186 You are bidding on a lovely 1998 BMW 528i sedan. This vehicle has only 107,139 miles. It is silver with a black leather interior. Both the interior and exterior of this vehicle are in great condition. This BMW is fully loaded with an impressive feature list including: Power Windows, Power Locks, Power Telescoping Steering Column, Power Seats, Memory Seats, Power Moonroof, 6 Disc CD Changer with Cassette, Leather Upholstry, Heated Seating, Active Stability Control, Cruise Control, Radio and Cruise Controls on Steering Wheel, Dual Zone Climate Control, Fog Lights, Snow Tires, Phone... etc. As stated, this car is ready for winter with Blizzak Snow Tires (80% tread) mounted on Borbet 15's already installed on it. Included in the auction are the 4 stock BBS style BMW rims with tires... the tires on the stock rims are due for replacement. The vehicle also has a full spare mounted on a 5th BMW rim that has like new tread. This vehicle is extremely reliable and has been a wonderful car for my wife and me, and I'm certain it will serve you well. Here is a short list of the few flaws the vehicle does have for full disclosure's sake. The power steering system has a very, very slow leak. By slow I mean less than 1/2 a quart of fluid every 6 months. It works great otherwise, so we were not inclined to fix it unless it got worse, but you should be aware of it. The vehicle has a few small cosmetic flaws, which I tried to show in the pictures. There are a few minor, unnoticable dings here and there... nothing to write home about. The paint is mostly in good shape, but the nose of the car does have some small clear-coat issues (pictured). The interior is in mosty fantastic condition, but the cup holders do not work. They just stay in at all times. This was also fine with me, as I feel you should not drink or eat in a BMW anyways, but if it bothers you they can be ordered from Advance Auto Parts for about 40 bucks. The car's built in phone has the finish peeling off of the front of it, also a cheap fix if it bothers you. The outside air temp sensor doesn't work, so the display always reads -40. Lastly, the center console is missing a piece in the back behind where the phone sits. I never looked into replacing it because you cannot see it unless you are in the back seat, but I'm sure it would be inexpensive. The good stuff: the leather in this car is in great shape - no rips, tears, or fading. It's not perfect of course, but it is definitely acceptable. Overall the interior is very nice and has been freshly detailed for you. The body is in overall great shape too, and has been freshly washed and waxed and is now in the garage waiting for you. The engine purrs like a kitten, and the car rides nicely... very sporty. I just replaced a bunch of stuff within the last 5K miles, including: Brake pads and rotors with sensors on all 4 wheels, front wheel bearings, both sides, front tie rod assemblies, both sides, front sway bar links, both sides, both front control arms with both ball joints and bushings, both sides. The only thing in the front end that was not replaced was the struts, which are not bad yet, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace them some time in the near future. I have done my best to be honest and upfront about the condition of this vehicle, and if you have any questions feel free to email, text, or call me at 860-710-1970. Ask your questions now, because this vehicle is being sold as is. I am not offering any warranty of any kind on this vehicle. Once the auction ends and you are the high bidder, you have a legal obligation to purchase it and I expect no further delays at that point. Do not bid if you do not have the money to pay or the means to pick up / transport this vehicle from zip code 06239. I would be confident driving this vehicle across the country. A deposit of 500 dollars is required BY PAYPAL within 48 hours of the end of the auction, and the balance is due within 5 days. I will work out payment details with you at the close of the auction. If you wish to see the vehicle prior to bidding, a meeting can be arranged around my schedule for that to happen. No test drives will be allowed, but I am willing to drive you around the block so you can experience the car's driveability. Happy Bidding!
