Restored 1968 Ford Mustang Coupe with 12,428 acutal miles.Gold exterior, black interior, hood mounted turn signal indicators, radio (AM), power steering, automatic transmission, 6 cylinder. Original drive train. (Purchased car as second owner in about 1973, driven then parked in our garage from 1983 until restoration began in 2003.) Currently driven a few miles in Spring and Summer (on clear days.) Fun fact: last time driven in the rain: 1983 Recent repairs: new foam and covers for front bucket and rear bench seats, replaced chrome on dash, windshield washer motor, wheel bearings re-packed, AM radio (still sounds like a 1968 AM radio...) Paint is excellent--no scratches, dings, or chips. Recently shown at Herndon Classic Auto Show. Car is a survivor that turns heads and causes strangers to start conversations about days gone by...
