This is a restored 1931 Model A Ford Cabriolet 68-B which is an older restoration with 3225 miles on the car since. The car has less than 50000 miles on the speedometer prior to restoration. Yes the car had a total frame off restoration complete with rebuilt engine, transmission, rear end, shocks, new electrical wiring, 6 volt battery, new brakes, new exhaust system, new suspension, steering box rebuilt, new body molding, repainted body , new Lebarion Bonney interior and top, new replacement luggage rack, new tires, and tubes, new safety glass windows, rechromed, shifter, ebake lever, spark and throttle rods, new hub caps, original nickel plated bumpers. Anyway the car runs excellet with the original rebuilt Zenith-1 carburetor, yes the engine bearings have been rebabitted. Yes has a new clutch. Anyway yes the car was completely rebuilt some 3225 miles ago, since has been in my heater garage. Yes we are offering the car for sale due to down sizing and do not have the room. Yes the car has been a lot of fun to drive , been in many weddings and events, but the time has come to down size. My husband has owned and driven the car for over forty three years, but we are donw sizing and is time to move on. Yes the car has been garaged since we have owned it. On Oct-09-11 at 07:41:00 PDT, seller added the following information: Yes the car has a couple of chips in the paint, on on the rumble seart lid bottom right corner, size or a dime, also has a scratch on the passengerside door lower bottom and two cracks in the lower cowl panels at the bottom edge doesnot show as they are behind the spare tires. Anyway the rest of the body and paint in very good.
