Terms of the Sale Vehicle Condition Disclaimer We understand that to buy a vehicle you have not seen, that you have not driven, from a dealer you have not met, requires a lot of faith in the selling dealer. Payment Methods Only cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing will be accepted. All funds must be in US dollars only. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes There will be a $199.00 documentation fee on all purchases. This fee will be added to the final price of the vehicle. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 615-386-9194 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Buyer’s Inspection Belle Meade Auto Brokers welcomes buyer’s inspections. If you plan to have an inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
