You are bidding on a 1957 Chevrolet 2 Door Post. There is no reserve on this auction. This car has a Chevy 283 V8 engine with 327 double hump heads and a 3 speed manual transmission. The car cranks, idles, runs, brakes, drives and sounds great. This car can be driven on the road, but it has not been used as an everyday vehicle in a while. The car could use a new paint job and some body work, which is evident in the pictures. It could also use new floor pans. The car is a 1957 model, and is being sold with a GA Bill of Sale. Some states require a tag receipt and notarized Bill of Sale on an older vehicle, and this can be arranged for a small fee of around 50 bucks if you are the winner of this auction and you are from one of those states. This vehicle is being sold as-is where-is, and the car is located in Jasper, GA. If you are the winner of this auction and would like to have the vehicle delivered to you, this can be arranged for an additional fee. 10/9/2011 - Updating the listing to include 283 engine with 327 double hump heads. I had previously just assumed that it was a 350 engine, but I was incorrect. I have also added 4 pictures showing the rust through on the driver side floorboard, driver side rocker panel and under the seat, the worst body damage where the driver side door and front fender meet, and the rust through the bottom of the door (took the door panel off to shoot the picture, but the door panel is included in the auction).
