1990 Mazda Miata, 5-speed manual. Car had only one option from the factory - the AC. Blaupunkt cassette radio was added by original owner. Has 70,400 or so miles on it now (photo of speedo has exact mileage). We bought it in 1994 with approximately 40k miles on it and it's been in CT with my father (from 1994 through about 2008) and then my brother from 2008 until I brought it here to FL in January of this year. When my brother got it from my father in 2008, it had 65,599 miles on it. When I got the car it had 69,651 miles. Obviously, none of us ever used the car much. It has spent most of its life in the garage under a cover... The battery is about two months old, brakes were done about a 18 months ago (rotors and pads all around), timing belt/etc about a year ago, along with brake master cylinder and clutch master cylinder. Everything works as it should (AC, etc). No rips, tears in the seats, carpet or top and the rear window is still clear. Top and rear window are both original. Car has been garaged its entire life. Car does have minor dings on the trunk lid and hood from boxes that fell on the car in my parents garage back in 2006. No bodywork ever done on the car from collision, etc. There is one quarter-sized spot of rust just beginning to make its presence known on the left rocker panel. No other rust, drips, leaks, etc. Have clear title in hand. Accessories include Haynes service manual, car cover (from our old 1969 MGB that fits it perfectly!) and the convertible top boot that originally came with the car.On Oct-02-11 at 15:34:33 PDT, seller added the following information: 10/2/11 - I just added a photo of the rust spot that is beginning to form. Timing belt was done 7/07 @ 65,803 miles for $567.46.
