1977 Toyota pickup. Purchased in Oregon in 2005. Sheipped back to Minnesota and has been in a heated garage since. Little black book that documents all service records and gasoline purchases since new. 62,200 miles - looks much less. The undercarriage is in excellent condition, it is clear, clean and tidy. The frame is totally rust free. The body itself has one door ding and one nickel size surface rust spot up by the windshield which has been touched up. The bed is without a scratch. I'm not sure whether or not it was ever repainted. I'm guessing that it has becasue there are simply no flaws other than the ones I've mentioned but again, I'm not sure. The engine is an R20, runs fine. I've only driven it several hundred miles since having it shipped here from Oregon six years ago. The exhaust should be inspected, it's probably due to have a muffler or tailpipe. The engine bay is in the original condition and I have not detailed. There is some survace rust around the battery box, I'm guessing due to a prior owner having a battery acid leak because it is not rusted through. It should be able to be sanded and repaired quite easily. The truck has a good battery and had an oil change about 200 miles ago. The interior is as close to perfect as possible. There is not one rip, tear, or wear mark anywhere on the interior or on the floor mat. There are really no options on the truck other than it being a long bed. It's a 4-wpeed, no radio, no power steerin, no air conditioning. I'm selling simply due to having too many vehicles. I'm a Toyota guy with a vintage Land Cruiser and Rav4. I drive a Prius and Sienna van. I would be happy to arrange to have anyone inspect the vehicle and in fact, would encourage propsective buyers to do so. As I have set the reserve at $4000, I'm quite certain the vehicle is going to be sold. In my opinion, it is worth significantly more than the reserve price, maybe twice as much.
