Vehicle Detail
Offered For Sale at NO RESERVE by TED DAVIS & SON REBUILDABLES LLC. (Ted & Seth Davis) Please only bid if you have the funds to follow through with the transaction. Banks normally will not finance vehicles with Salvage Titles. We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours and paid in full within 10 days after auction ending. Also check out others we may have For Sale at this time by clicking on see other items at the top of this page. Here we have an easy fix 2005 FORD EXPLORER SPORT TRAC 4X4 with the XLT Pkg. and most of the options plus it has a matching fibergalss cap on the back that makes this vehicle very versatile. It is a repairable vehicle that runs & drives and doesn't show any frame damage. It has a repairable SALVAGE Title. This should work in all states to be put back on the road but please check with your DMV to see what is involved so there is no confusion after the sale. The vehicle was hit on the driver side front end on the suspension. It broke the spindle and bent the lower control arm. We replaced both of those parts with good used ones that we had in stock and the vehicle is up running and driving fine now. It also damaged the wheel & tire so we put the spare on. The airbags are good and all of the coolers are fine as well as the windshield. What we see that it will need is a left front wheel & tire, Left Front door, Left front fender and splash shield. Repair the rocker panel or just put the lower side skirt on and that dent will be covered. The left rear door might be repairable. The front bumper cover has a small crack and some scuffs that are pretty light. There are a couple of other small scuffs on the rear of the vehicle as well. We tried to show everything in the pictures. As you can see in the pictures we drove the vehicle at highway speeds and everything feels safe and sound. There are no lights on in the dash and the transmission, brakes, steering, etc, all felt fine. You could drive it home with no problem if your insurance company will cover the Salvage Title. We cannot issue Temp Tags with this type title so you will have to bring your own if you choose to drive it. The pictures should show everything pretty well, but if you have any questions, please give us a call at 304-567-2999 or e-mail us on the listing. Thanks for looking at our listing and Good Luck bidding. Sincerely, Ted & Seth Davis
