This 1999 Crown Victoria P71 was originally a Federal Government Administrator's vehicle in the Houston Texas area. It was never used as a police or patrol car. I am the 2nd. owner. It had 16,000 miles when I purchased it and it now only has an actual 28250 miles. I am 64 years old and the car has never been abused. It has the street appearance package and 3.55 tractionlock gears. The AC blows cold. It has no antennae holes and never had a prisoner partition. It has been upgraded with Ford OEM Performance Improved intake and heads. It also has Steeda underdrive pulleys. This is an excellent condition, very low mileage and rare 1999 P71. This vehicle will appeal to not only the casual buyer, but to that discriminating serious Crown Vic lover that is looking for that lucky SPECIAL FIND! It is cleaner and faster than the average beat up Police p71. Exterior and interior are excellent with the exception of some slight material cracking in the back seat passenger side, and also a very slight crack in the top of the plastic grill...I tried to illustrate this in the photos....To summarize it is in almost like new condition, but for only a fraction of the price of a much newer model. Can be seen locally, but will work with buyer to coordinate shipping if the buyer is out of the area.
