1940 Plymouth Coupe I am selling this for my father as he does not know how to use the internet. He has had this car for 15years always stored inside. He bought this car as a project but didnt know if he wanted to make it a hotrod or a classic. He drove it on and off to work for 5 years when he parked the car it started and ran good but did use some oil. He would put a half court in every 100 miles. He then bought a 350 engine to install in the car but never had the time to start the project as he has 2 other hotrods as well. For the past 9-10 years he had stored it in his shop. Everything is on the car, has a flat head straight 6 engine with 51000 miles (also has a 350 and rear end to go with it) the flathead will run and drive but does use oil. has 3 speed on the column, he has the front bumper and running boards but the are off the car. I got it out today and looked it over the body seems to be good and solid, paint is in good shape, inside seat and floors look clean as well. this would make a nice car to build into a street rod or rebuild back to classic.
