I took this car in in a trade. It is a 1967 chevy nova SS clone. It has been a CA cars its hole life. Been in the same family for over 35 years. I have pictures from 30 years ago. It is a crazy pro tour start. Drive train has over $30,000 invested. Lets start with the motor and trans. Built LS2, was told it has cam, head work and pistons. Sounds amazing. Coated headers, full 3 inch exhaust. Dyno before tune and cam and other little things at 510HP. Over $12,000 Stand alone wiring harness with custom tune. $1,300 Built 700 R trans. $2,300 Fuel tank is a custom stainless steel in the factory spot. $1,500 Rear end is a ford nine inch with 3:43 posi. $$3,900 Rear disc brakes with vented and coated calipers. $1,000 4- Link with coil over rear set up with sway bar. $2,300 Front is the CPP front bolt on tubular clip with upper and lowers and springs. $2,100 Rack and pinon steering. $1,100 Big front disc brakes, drilled and coated calipers. $1,000 Aluminum radiator. $350 Full coated header, with mufflers and tuned exhaust. $1,200 Brushed tilt column. $600 Wood wheel. $300 Carbon fiber dash. $300 Auto meter gauges. $600 The whole under side of the car & engine bay was powder coated. All the glass is good and rolls up nice. Fiber glass cowl hood, that fit like a fiber glass hood (not that good). Interior has stock radio, Everything works besides horns and heater. Pro car factory style front bucket seats, bolted in the factory spot. Factory rear seat. Dash pad, carpet kit is new. Interior is complete and in good condition. Body and chrome: Chrome is is o.k to good shape, bumpers look new. Body has black vinyl top, looks recent to new. Body is waivey, no rust or repair, just waivey. Body was painted single stage. Rear quarter panels around wheel opening was cut to fit a bigger tire. They just cut the inside lip (nothing outside the quarter). This is NOT A SHOW CAR. The car has a lot of ORANGE PEEL. Might be able to be wet sanded out. You are buying the car for whats under the hood and under the car. It does hold a clean and clear CA title, currently registered. This car starts every time first click of the key and runs real hard. When you step on the gas, you couldn't grab the dash if you tried. If you heard this car in person, you would buy it, if I gave you a ride, you wouldn't get out of the seat. Car has 360 miles on it since running gear/ under the car was done. There is no rust on this car, it has was bought in CA and been in dry area all its life. The Floors are sand blasted and powder coated (nothing to hide) The car it self is clean, the body looks wavy, no bondo or rust repair. They just pulled the chrome off the side and put a skin coat over the holes and never block sanded the lines back. NO RUST. Car maybe able to be wet sanded out and look a 100% better??? This car has been my daily driver since i posted it, I put about 30 miles a day on it. It has been about 95 deg. here and runs great always under 200 deg.
