With only two previous owners, this Accord is ready for you. My wife and I purchased the car about three years ago, and have enjoyed it since we bought it. I just bought her a newer Civic, which is why we are now selling this one. It is perfect for a nice, safe and reliable first car or a students car. The mileage represented on this vehicle is accurate, Megan, my wife, put the last 40,000 miles on it. This is a smoke-free car, no odors of any kind. The car has normal wear and tear, but no dents or missing paint anywhere, in fact the paint looks excellent for its age. This car has never been in a wreck or had paint/body work of any kind. We always have the oil changed on time and generally say "yes" when they ask us if we want the other items fixed (filters, wipers, flush, etc..) This vehicle has a very nice and surprisingly powerful V6 and gets about 23 mpg on average. The timing belt was replaced at 80k miles (so we where told) and we replaced it again at 170k. The tires are in good shape, we replaced all four about a year ago (so probably 13,000 miles ago). The overall condition of this vehicle's exterior is in very good shape for a 1999. The interior is clean and in good condition as well. No rips in the leather or anything. It has nice factory wood grain trim, CD player, sunroof, and basically every option Honda offered. This was the top of the line Honda, the highest trim level available. This Accord starts up right away and rides and drives very well (it is a very quiet car - much quieter than the new Civic we just bought!) The brakes were replaced about 6 months ago. The A/C is ice cold. Now, the only negative thing I would say is that when we are driving up steep hills (we live right by Lookout Mountain) the transmission is a little jerky going from first to second. Shouldn't be a problem if you are not near a mountain, but could be a sign that the transmission will need servicing at some point. We drove it every day to work until yesterday afternoon when we bought the Civic and never had any problems. The"check engine" light has recently come on.
