You have just found the best winter project ever or a big money maker to fix and sell or part out.. ( motor alone worth 6K).. This is a wrecked BONE STOCK, NON MOLESTED ( but wrecked ) 02 Z06 corvette 405 hp LS6 with a 6 speed manual transmission.. This is NOT a action car.. Long story short this is a friends car that got in a fight with a garbage truck and lost miserably to say the least.. It was a verry high hit as you can see it just caught the rails and bent the passengers side up a little and the drivers back and up a little. The car was bought with cash so it was not turned in to the insurance or even reported.. IT HAS A CLEAN TITLE!!! These cars are fast and in a lot of cases FASTER than the worlds foremost super cars.. It has a clean clear indiana title in had that will go with the car. It has 81,xxx miles and needs a partial front clip ( booster forwards) It has NO BROKEN GLASS!! The bags DID pop.. The frame under the dash-rearward is all good. It kinked the frames in the same place it does all vette's with front hits, right behind the a-arm.s ( drivers side only ).. The suspension and engine cradle is undamaged as it was a high hit. You can buy a complete black front clip do there will be no paint work involved for 2500-3000 all day long.. ( so far as i can tell ) A complete/most of a CLIP cut: ALL the dog house, coolers, inner fenders, bumper, air bags, and MISC stuff would sent this Z0sick stright into another trash truck if you were not careful ; ) I have a good used head light with out the top cover and the passengers side headlight looks OK to me.. The rest of the car is in good shape, it has a few little scratches and nicks but its undamaged otherwise. All the rims and tires are fine ( front tires new rear are 10% ) The car starts and runs but it dont have coolant in it as i think the radiator is leaking. The bottom engine pulley is rubbing on the steering wrack slightly as you can see in the picture from the frame rail being shifted back 2" .. you can start and run for 10 sec of so no problem. The clutch master cylinder line got cut by the frame pinching during the wreck, so the clutch does not disengage so it cannot be lot driven safely. The interior of the car is nice, its average shows light wear but very very nice. The dash has a plastic defrost insert that is broken. I dont think its from the wreck. Its just a plastic trim piece. also the HUD has the trim cracked on it also.. ALL the original Z06 items ( Z06 seats, Z06 floor mats,Z06 shifter,Z06 cluster exc.) are on the car and nothing have been " robbed " off of it... This car is loaded with every single option i know they had including HUD ( heads up display ) The a/c i belive is still charged as the cooler was not penetrated OK, one more time.. this car is going to need a complete front clip and air bags, if you do it your self ( great winter project ) you'll spend 2500-3000 on a nice black clip.. I dont think you will need a lot of the stuff the clip it comes with so you can take all the left over parts and sell them on here and make quite a bit of you money back. Im not going to try to hide something, If i know about it im gonna say it.. I thought i would give it a chance on here and see how it does and if it dont sell for my LOW LOW reserve im gonna fix it have have nice daily driver for next summer.. I have clean clear title in hand. I can deliver this car within 200 miles for 1.50 loaded ( if paid for in advance.)
