1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible-- 75,000 original miles.... All windows work properly, Including the fact that rear windows should drop 6 inches automatically when rear doors are opened. I have done the timing chain, water pump, dual master upgrade, Rebuilt original carb, now with electric choke. All window regulators have been removed, cleaned,lubed and reinstalled. New stainless, brake and fuel lines. Tank was removed, cleaned, sealed and reinstalled with a new fuel sender. New brakes all the way around. New center link. Replaced upper and lower steering column tube and bearings. Radiator has been recored, new belts, and hoses. All convertible top relays rebuilt/replaced. The top works!!!! Engine has had top end rebuilt also. Runs strong and smooth. No cracked exhaust manifolds either!!! Transmission shifts smooth. No leaks from engine or trans!!! No smoke..etc etc. Wanted to complete mechanical work before body repairs were started. Runs like a champ!! Chrome has been removed for paint and body work. All original chrome is there. Vehicle has rust a few minor rust spots. (the usual stuff). Unfortunately, I can't complete this car. Blew my back out.... Sciatica... If you know what that's like...... Anyway, All parts are there. Also had decklid removed, acid dipped, and epoxy primed..... Try to find one that doesn't look like swiss cheese!!! These decklids alone sell for 1500-2000. Must sell!!! Bring all offers!!! No lowballing guys!!!! We all know what these are worth, when completed. 45,000 and up!!! I have over 10,000 in it already. My loss is your gain!!! This is a running, driving car!!!
