Automatic Looking for true American luxury? This is a very nice example of a 2003 Lincoln Town Car. This Signature Series sedan is in excellent shape both inside and out, and it runs and rides like a Lincoln is supposed - smooth and solid. It is loaded with a full slate of comfort and convenience features, including heated seats and a HomeLink programmable gate/garage opener. This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. The exterior is in very nice shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The interior is clean, and also in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls. The driver's seat has 2 memory settings. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seat is in excellent shape. Rear seat riders have plenty of legroom and their own A/C vents. This Lincoln offers a full compliment of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold air conditioning; Alpine AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo with steering wheel controls; a HomeLink universal transmitter; tilt wheel; cruise control, and much more. The overhead console has a compass, controls for the park assist system and HomeLink universal gate/garage opener. The manual is with the car. There are 3 keys and one remote key fob. There's no sign that this car was ever smoked in - no burn marks, no smoke odor, and the lighter looks like it was never used.. The trunk is VERY roomy. The 4.6 liter V8 runs very well. It's rated at a healthy 239 hp and 287 lb-ft of torque. The tires have good tread remaining all around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage an no problems of any kind. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
