For Sale: 2003 Mercedes C230 Kompressor Sports Coupe, 75,125 miles 1 Owner – 6 Speed, Black on Black, Leather. You will notice water marks on the car. This is because I drove straight from the car wash and apparently it wasn’t 100% dry. I did not detail it because I want you to see the condition it is in, not covered with wax and armor all. If you pay the buy-it-now price, I will have the car detailed before delivery (if you want). History: I ordered this car (couldn’t find anything like it on the lot) in 2002 for an October 2002 delivery. The car was ordered with the Full Leather Package, Sports Package, and the Panoramic Roof and 7yr 100,000 mile extended warranty through Mercedes. I drove the car daily for several years before moving to a state with a lot of snow requiring a truck. This car then became the nice weather vehicle going out a few times a week or on weekends. It was garaged all of its life until the last few months. I modified the car using some Mercedes parts that were not available when I ordered the car – these include the Bi-Xenon headlights, 2005 Tail Lights, Power Folding Mirrors, rear shelf, 2004 Mercedes Sport Brakes (cross-drilled rotors), and digital climate control. Additionally, when the car had 50,000 miles I added some pricey aftermarket modifications. These include; Brabus Steering Wheel and Shift Knob, Lorinser Prototype Spoiler, RENNtech Prototype Intercooler, Kleemann Power Kit and Headers. The rims were changed to an MB V pattern – This car has the stock exhaust and suspension. Problems: The paint has usual wear and tear from 75,000 miles and 9 years. It’s most noticeable on the hood. I did not want to repaint or repair anything because it’s still presentable and the new owner may not want it touched. Two weeks ago the landscaper hit the mirror on the car causing a deep scratch that is visible when you bend down and look from under the car. This is a plastic housing that can be replaced. Service: The next service ‘A’ is due in 9,500 miles. Extra's: I have several (I think 4, maybe 3) spare rims still in boxes. I also have a full set of winter rims/tires (15 inch) and a full size spare rim/tire (different look). I also have a brand new Brabus Pedal set and brand new Brabus Shift Knob (black/chrome). You will get both the Kleemann and original Mercedes engine trim cover. I have a brand new parcel shelf for the trunk that I never used, still in plastic. There are also a few extras I have that I've bought over the years. Stereo/Navigation, etc: I replaced the factory Tape Deck (yes, tape deck) - with a Pioneer AVIC-N1 (see full specs here). I also added a DVD player with RCA input (can watch movies, play playstation/xbox/etc) and a 6 Disc CD changer. The car has XM and Sirius Radio (Sirius not installed) and iPod adapter. The unit also has a remote control and holder for iPod (can be removed without damage to vehicle). There is also a hard wire radar detector and hard wire A/C outlet for laptop, etc. Why am I selling? This is always a good question. We have 8 cars and 2 drivers. I recently bough 3 Ferrari's and I have no more room in my driveway or garage. This car is the least used so it's the first to go. I still think this is a wonderful vehicle - I used it last night without any issues. Fun car to drive, fits a lot of stuff with the rear seats folded, and has plent of tech features (power/memory/heated seats, navigation, ipod, etc) that it doesn't feel like a 9 year old car.
