VIDEO: 79 Trans am start & walk around SUPER DEEP GLOSS BLACK!! Head turning Super nice 1979 Trans Am! A few weeks of summer left to take the t-tops off! T-TOPS. 403 engine with aluminum intake & accel ignition. Auto th350 Trans. NEW PAINT! NEW PHOENIX GRAPHICS DECALS! NEW Carpet, dash cap, door panels, door latch surrounds, gold shifter decal, gold dash bezel. RUNS GREAT! Very strong 403 olds motor. Mechanically good condition. Starts, drives great. Have driven it 60+ miles no problems. Clean & tight car. This TA was originally blue with black interior. Paint is 3 coats of durable ultra deep urethane black. Paint looks great, car is very very straight. Not perfect but an awesome 10 footer. All weatherstripping replaced. Very solid car, no rust, floors, trunk solid. Lots of details: gold dash bezel, gold shifter trim, etc. Tires have 85% tread left. (Tires are a little older with some cracking) Take this car anywhere! Needs nothing to drive and enjoy now. Wheels were polished & repainted with new METAL center caps & lugs. JUST INSTALLED A BRAND NEW PIONEER 3300 USB cd/mp3 deck with 2 new Lightning Audio 6x9's! CAR COULD USE: New front seat covers (the original ones are pretty good, but the tops by the seat belt holder are torn) Speedometer cable replacement (I have one that goes with the car) Glass is decent but has all the usual scratches from the old seals etc. Maybe some new tailpipes and tips.
