This listing is for my '86 fiero se. Selling because i want something different. It has been an off an on project for about 5yrs. Car sold AS IS. The Good : New / Rebuilt origional engine ( built by Blue Ribbon Machine , still has about 6 months left on the warranty), fully ported & polished heads, comp. cams 260h cam & stronger valvesprings , long tube headers and down pipe with exhaust wrap. New egr valve & braided steel tube - so it will never crack again. I painted the intake & valve covers chevy orange, instead of the origional red, which was all flaking off. Trans. has new axle seals, new pass. side axle & fluid , shifts fine , like a fiero , other than reverse which shifts a little hard, what fiero doesn't . New brake master cylinder & resivor , ALL brake lines are new , new hoses on rear , new rear calipers - YES E-brake works , new brakes all way around , R/F - pass. side caliper has a little drag to it but does not lock up or pull. 4 NEW TIRES , 2 are 215-60-14 bfg - front, 2 are 215-70-14 bfg-rear, Because i bought them at seperate times this year an nobody had the 60-14's. New front shocks, KYB gas-adjust. A/C is all there , compresser spins freely , but when i tried to retro fit it, it was leaking from the connection on the drivers side, the pipe that runs across the car in front of the engine to the compresser , o-ring probably got pinched. Obviously wouldn't hold any freon so i just stopped there. Has both pulleys needed but no belt for a/c. Has new alt. & water pump belt. Engine also has new water pump and radiator cap. Plugs, wires, distributor, cap, and rotor new. All headlights, tail lights , turn signals , brake lights work. Also has a cold air intake from west coast fiero .com witch is were the exhaust came from. Aprox. 1,000 miles on rebuilt engine. New rear hub bearings & ball joints , alignment was done afterwards. THE BAD : Windsheild is cracked in the center of it. Sunroof does leak a little at rear of it. Rear deck lid poper switch works intermintently - havent looked at it- just use key. Driverside head light doesn't like to work sometimes- just turn the nob open a little & it'll work. Clutch pedal safety switch is hard wired , so car will start without depressing clutch. Radio doesn't work all the time & the trim around it is cracked. Runs and drives good , but engine still has a little miss , no backfiring , may be just the way it runs with the cam , may need hotter spark & more fuel , not sure. Could use paint , has scratches, chips , an faded spots. Had a trans leak -see pic.- should be good now. Temperature guage quit working - will have new one before car is sold. Car is from pennsylvania mostly surface rust , had a spot or two of bad rust underneath the rear inner fendrs , cleaned up and sprayed with some rust sealer and painted. Exhaust has a clamp on it - see pic.-car is loud. Also has an intermintent check engine light - egr ( exhaust gas recirculation ) code , but goes out when u turn car off an back on again, valve is working - when u put vacum on egr w/ vacum pump engine almost stalls out , so its probably the egr soleniod - the light only comes on with prolonged highway speeds. Missing front emblemb and horn buttons came off steering wheel - see pic.- but i have them.
