Vehicle Detail
2009 Honda Odyssey EX ! NR!Only 13208 miles! Up for auction is a 2009 Honda Odyssey EX model. It has everything listed for an EX: AM/FM Stereo, Adjustable Steering Wheel, Air conditioning, Cruise control, Cup Holders, Driver airbag, Floor Mats, Front Bucket Seats, Interval Wipers, Keyless Entry, Cloth seats, Multi Disc CD changer, Passenger airbag, Power Mirrors, Power Steering, Power locks, Power seats, Power windows, Rear Spoiler, Third Row Seat... Here is the story for this vehicle. As the family grows, I bought it to take the grand kids out when needed. It has a Reconstructed/Rebuilt Title (explanation below). Once I bought it, one of my rental house caught fire. I had to work on it, removed all the burning stuff and debris etc... No way I could use this almost brand new car to haul trash. I had to buy an old truck. To make the story short, this mini van ends up sitting in the garage collecting dust. In the mean time, I've to pay insurance. You can see in the photos that it is almost a brand new car with only 13208 miles. This car was damaged at the left fender, dented at driver side door. NO FRAME EVER WAS DAMAGED. Dents were repaired and repainted. Everything were repaired to the manufacturer specs and passed the State Enhanced Inspection. For this the title is Reconstructed. Beside the title, everything is the same as an almost new car from the dealer. Paint is impeccable. I've spent $300 adding a new roof rack (see photo). Beside the excellence condition of the car, a couple imperfection. The lower left windshield has two little cracks. It didn't obstruct the view. It passed State Inspection. An auto glass co. quoted $350. A cable that pull the rear left side door is missing. You can see a yellow warning light on the dash. The door can be open and close Manually instead of Automatic. Quoted cost $420. One of the rear tire has a cut (I just saw it. $145). It didn't have any problem. But, for safety, I would suggest the new owner replace it. All cost less than $1000 to repair. Since I didn't drive it, I didn't bother to fix. Beside what described, everything else is in perfect condition. There are no hidden problem. As I know very little, this car is being sold in as is and where is condition. You're encourage to bring your own mechanic for inspection. If you need to see the car before bid, please call me at 610-457-5477 or email me (No spam please). Kelly Blue Book value of this car is: - Retail: $28400 - Private party: $25000 (Good condition), $23100 (Fair condition). I've reduced the starting bid price. You're getting tremendous saving. Delivery can ONLY be done after fund is IN MY ACCOUNT. There is no shipping available. If you want the car pick up by a transportation company, I'll do whatever I can to help facilitate it. What means Constructed/Rebuilt Vehicle Title? For those who do not know, here is what it means. Once a car has an accident, serious or not, new or used, Some of the car is totally damaged, irreparable while majority are just simple replacement of fender, repaired dented area... (this car was in a minor collision), the owner would claim for a full replacement via the insurance company. The insurance company would put in a SALVAGE TITLE and auctioned the car off. The new owner would repair the vehicle at a professional auto body shop. IT HAS TO REPAIR TO THE MANUFACTURER SPECS AND PASS A RIGOROUS STATE ENHANCE INSPECTION. Once passed, it will get a regular STATE inspection before it can get a new title. This new title is Constructed Vehicle Title. The good thing about buying a Reconstructed Title vehicle is, in general, the car has low mileage. In this case, there were only minor fender replacement, dent repair and repainted. I ended up like buying a brand new car. Therefore it save a lot of headaches in repair. If you've been looking at comparable Odyssey, this is a very good price, extreme low mileage, excellent condition. Odyssey retains their value because they're good vehicles. Good luck with your search.
