1939 ford 1 ton dually with a v8 flat head. Engine runs good, does need water pumps both are leaking. I started it and let it run for 20 mins, had to clean points and let run off external electric fuel pump. Carb functioned properly. Could use new points, rotor and cap. But does run on all eight cylinders with old stuff and doesnt have any rattles. Ran smooth and didnt appear to smoke. Tansmission appears to be stuck in neutral, the shifter moves side to side but does not go into gear. Rear passenger side brake is locked up currently but i will try to get it to release. Does need all new tires, the front ones are holding air but all are severally rotten. This would be a perfect candidate for restoration or a ratrod. The cab is in very good shape, there is some rust on the very back about an 1inch from bottom about 3 foot long. Cab corners and rockers are showing no rust, the doors arent in very good shape. The dash is in pretty good shape, the guages are still there. The original seat is still in it, of course needs restored. The floor is wood, its not the original floor but they did come out with a wood floor. The truck has original front end on it with radiator and grill. The grill is in decent shape and very useable, does have head light buckets on fenders. The fenders has damage and could be replaced or used. There is an extra grill and fenders with it but they are in pretty bad shape. The hood does latch and open properly. You can use coupe or sedan frontend as well as multiple other year trucks. This vehicle is sold as is and i have tried to discribe it to the best of my knowledge. Please feel free to ask any question before bidding. Has a clear kansas title ready to tag.
