1979 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser 1979 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Station Wagon This is by far the most well optioned, well cared for Custom Cruiser wagons I have ever had the pleasure to see or own. I purchased this car from an older gentleman who took amazingly good care of the vehicle. It was his pride and joy and was very well cared for. Used mainly for the occasional trip to the east coast. The interior and exterior are in amazing condition. The seats have been covered with multiple layers of towels for the past 30 years! It was his goal to keep it as new from day one. It really is a spectacular ORIGINAL highway cruiser that looks fantastic and drives wonderfully. This wagon is a true time capsule. From the original Guide headlamps to the original radiator clamps, fuel pump, water pump hoses belts, paint, woodgrain, chrome etc. Even the tires are original Goodyear Arriva wide whitewall tires. (They must have been replaced at some point, because the tread looks great). This is truly a fabulous original car and quite honestly the lowest mileage, best optioned 70's GM squareback wagon I have seen. The best part is that this wagon sports the optional 6.6 L Oldsmobile 403 V8 engine. It has wonderful power per pound ratio and has an extremely responsive passing gear when out on the interstate. A true pleasure to drive and a joy to behold.
