1979 Honda CBX

Up for auction is a 1979 Honda C.B.X. 1000. I ride the bike daily, it is a very strong runner. The paint is very good, but not perfect ,see pictures.Seat has small tears.Center stand broke when taking it off it's stand, so needs to be welded. Valve adjustment done by shop 5,000 miles ago. A friend riding behind noticed a slight wobble on rear wheel, I think it was done by a machine when I had a new tire put on it. I have straight 1980 wheel which I will include in sale. Front indicators are not stock. Speedometer needle broke off as I was riding it.I put in a new sealed battery in April so should be good for at least 18 months. Exhaust is not stock but does sound very good. In general this is a good bike with minor problems. As I,m sure you know it is somewhat collectable, a good candidate for a restorer, or do like me and just enjoy riding it. I have recently purchased an 81KZ1000. So it's time to let this one go.
