Bought this basket case last fall and brought back to life over the winter. It gets ridden about 50 miles every weekend. Low RPM a little rough, but definately rideable. Could use a professional carburator rebuild. Previous owner must have done it himself. Right cylinder bank smokes when first started, but clears up once engine is warm. Number one cylinder has lower compression (145). All others are normal at 160 to 170. Right radiator wing is missing. I have the left one loose off the bike. I have to be honest and disclose the center stand mount frame cross tube has rusted. Any good non-dealer bike shop will be able to weld in a new tube. I have been riding all summer with no problems. I do not have a reserve price. Priced to sell quickly. Only asking for what I paid for new items. The bike is currently inspected and has a clear title. I reserve the right to end the auction early. New pads, rubber hose, and fresh fluid New spark plugs New Bridgestone S11 Spitfire tires New battery New points and condenser New Honda exhaust gaskets Exhaust system – installed new Jardine baffle inserts Rebuilt air cut off valve New factory correct cloth braided fuel hoses and Honda fuel line clamps Radiator – flushed and fresh fluid. New Napa radiator hoses and clamps New air, fuel, oil filters Seafoam in carbs, gas and oil. Oil and filter replaced twice since Seafoam treatment MMO in fresh oil for first 200 miles, then changed oil at 79,500. Now running straight 10W-40. MMO (2 oz.) in every gas fill-up since Seafoam treatment. Rear gear oil changed twice New cross-over coolant tube o-rings and flange gaskets Flushed front forks added fresh ATF - 175 cc in each Cleaned engine oil screen. Replaced phillips screws with SS bolts and one short bolt behind frame Installed new paper gasket on fuel pump mount. Still has slight leak, needs Honda spacer gasket. Adjusted point gap, valves, timing, and idle screws. Carbs synchronized Purchased Accessory Items: Custom fit Memphis Shade Malibu windshield – handle bar and fork mount (never used eBay). Trimmed headlight cut-out to fit around speedo/tach gauge cluster. This raised windshield to better height and put wing deflectors in front of hand grips. Left side wing cracked. Bar risers - 1.2” height Vista-cruise throttle lock Randakk sticky hand grips Spare key switch w/ 2 keys. Original key switch still on bike has only one key Magnetic oil drain plug – not used since bike has aftermarket dip stick Valve cover gaskets – not installed yet
